Eat my tortes! is a blog dedicated to food, travel, and photography.

We are a couple of twenty-somethings who love to eat, travel, eat, eat, eat, and come up with recipes for more things to eat! We are based in Italy, Dubai, and soon New Zealand.

If there is one thing we know about food, it’s that everything tastes better when you cook it yourself. Obviously this excludes the really atrocious things you make when you mess up, but barring excessive human error, home cooked food is just better. And guys: there are few things that impress a girl more than a man with kitchen skills.

This is our very first blog, and our first venture into photography. We hope it inspires you to spend more time in your kitchens and around your dining tables with good food and wine, and the company of your closest friends and family.
