Mmmm….French Onion Soup is one of my favorites! I like to drizzle a wee splash of truffle oil on top when I feel like some extra decadence. Props to Angela N. – I could never pick just one “ultimate” recipe. I’m far too flightly, and I always like different variations for different reasons/moods. Particularly for French Onion Soup, she certainly had her work cut out for her! This looks just divine…and now I’m craving soup as well. Sigh.
